HOW TO GUIDE

  1. Sign up or Log in:

  • Launch the app on your device.
  • If you’re a new user, sign up for an account by providing the required information (e.g., name, email, password).
  • If you’re an existing user, log in using your registered credentials.

  1. Watch the Demo:

  • Upon signing up or logging in, new users will be prompted to watch a video demo to learn how to use the app effectively. This will provide an overview of the app’s features and functionalities.
  • The link to the video can be found in the “More Feature”

  1. Create a Prayer Project:

  • Go to the main screen or dashboard of the app.
  • Look for the “Create Prayer Project” button and click on it.
  • Provide a name and any other relevant details for your prayer project.
  • Save the prayer project.

  1. Record a Prayer:

  • On the main screen or dashboard, find the prayer project you created.
  • Tap on the project to open it.
  • Look for the “Record” button and click on it.
  • Start recording your prayer using the device’s microphone.
  • After finishing the recording, click on the “Save” button to store the prayer within the prayer project.

  1. Manage Prayer Project:

  • Inside the prayer project, you can see all your recorded prayers.
  • Swipe or scroll through the list to find a specific prayers.
  • To delete a prayer, swipe left or find the delete option and confirm the action.
  • To delete the entire prayer project, go back to the main screen or dashboard and find the option to delete the project. Confirm the action (Note: This will delete all prayers within the project).Inside the prayer project, you can see all the recorded prayers associated with it.

  1. Make a Prayer Project Public:

  • By default, prayer projects are private and only visible to the creator.
  • To make a prayer project public, go to the prayer project’s settings or options.
  • Look for the “Make Public” or similar option and enable it.
  • Once the prayer project is public, it will appear in the community section of the app.

  1. Community Interaction:

  • In the community section of the app, users can browse through public prayer projects created by other users.
  • Users can contribute to these projects by liking and commenting on the prayers within the projects.
  • Users can also discover and join in prayer projects that align with their interests and beliefs.
  • Users can also add friends and accept friend request by clicking on the option.

  1. Background Music:

  • Only admins from Prayer Watch have the ability to add background music to the app.
  • If background music is available, users can access it while recording a prayer.
  • Look for the music icon located at the bottom right corner of the app.
  • Tap on the music icon to open a modal that shows all available tracks.
  • Select a desired track to add it as background music while recording a prayer.

  1. Prayer Targets and Milestones:

  • You can find the milestones under “More Feature”
  • Prayer projects can be turned into prayer chains, allowing multiple users to participate and contribute their prayers.
  • Users can set prayer targets for themselves within their prayer projects.
  • Different milestones can be associated with prayer targets, such as 5 hours for intercessors, 7 hours for Yipiretis, and 10 hours for Doulous.
  • Users can track their progress towards these milestones and receive achievements or rewards upon reaching them.

  1. Chat and Donation:

  • Users can chat with friends and Counselor by clicking on the chat option under the “More Feature”
  • Users can also donate by clicking on the “Donation” option under the “More Feature” and follow the process.
